SLIMLINE MOISTURE TRAP AND REFILL
There is always some moisture in the air in your home, even if you cannot see it. Condensation occurs when warm, moist air hits cold surfaces, windows, cold walls etc, which causes the air to condense and form droplets of water often resulting in patches of black mould on your walls and ceilings, not necessarily growing in the same room that the moisture came from.
Condensation is commonly noticeable on windows on cold mornings. It happens, even when the weather is dry, primarily between the months of October and April and is usually caused as a result of normal day to day living.
There are three main causes of condensation:
• Too much moisture in your home
• Insufficient ventilation
• Cool temperatures
Every day activity such as cooking, washing, bathing, breathing, drying clothes indoors, using portable gas and paraffin heaters, even pets – dogs, cats, fish tanks – contribute to the amount of moisture in the atmosphere.
MGC MOISTURE TRAP is a simple, easy way to control the amount of moisture in your home. Each trap will absorb up to 1000 ml of liquid and will last up to two months, the handy refill provides a further two months life. The trap and refill contain calcium silicate crystals which are highly absorbent and have a pleasant odour.
Place the MOISTURE TRAP on window sills or at the base of external walls and inside wardrobes in your home. They can also be used in caravans, boats, holiday homes etc.

Delivery
We will aim to process your order for despatch to you between 1-5 working days of confirming acceptance of your order. Consequently, even if you cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being despatched to you and you may then need to return them to us at your cost.
When you order your Goods, we will wherever possible, give you an indication of the day of delivery, normally 2-5 working days after confirming acceptance of your order.
Deliveries will be made by post/a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
While a delivery date will be prearranged with you, please remember that it is generally not possible to contact the delivery driver once he has left the depot. As a signature is required on delivery, if you will not be at home to take the delivery, a signed note instructing the driver where to leave the goods is acceptable. Otherwise a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
Cancellation of Order
If you bought the Goods as a Consumer, you may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order or before the expiry of 7 working days from the date you receive your order, not including the day you received it.
As required by the Distance Selling Regulations, details of our after-sales service and guarantees, if any, are given on our website.
If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any.
Goods returned
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are faulty:
You must tell us by email message to ([email protected]) or by letter to our land address at the top of this page you that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.
