BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT....
.....Is a highly specialised coating for painting, colouring and rejuvenating PVC-U building products. Throughout the country millions of plastic windows, doors, rainwater goods, cladding and other synthetic building components have been installed. Unfortunately some are now showing signs of deterioration as a result of UV, weathering and age. BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT is a unique system for upgrading and coating these surfaces. It is a remarkable coating which forms a unique bond with the surface and dries in approximately 30 minutes, thus providing substantial savings in redecoration labour costs. The film thickness of BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT is less than half of a single coat of traditional gloss paint but it has tremendous obliteration qualities. This not only provides an exceptional finish but ensures no sticking/blocking problems for opening and closing of windows and doors.

Excellent adhesion to PVC-U, GRP, ABS and other selected plastic surfaces providing a high quality decorative finish; which protects for upto 5 years. |

New or aged PVC-U Windows and Doors, plastic cladding, plastic fascias, trim, bargeboards, garage doors, shiplap, guttering/downpipes, plastic fencing, conservatories, infill panels and garden furniture. |
| Coverage: |
8-12 metres per litre for 25 microns dry film thickness. |
| Availability: |
Supplied - 1 litre and 2.5 litre tins. |
| Application: |
Two coats by brush, roller or spray. |
| Drying time: |
5-10 minutes touch dry; ½ - 1 hour hard dry. 24 hours full hardness. Recoat time 30 minutes. |
| Storage: |
Up to 12 months in original sealed container. Protect from frost. Store in a dry location out of direct sunlight. |

White, Magnolia, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Black, full BS4800 and RAL colour ranges to order. |
SPECIFICATION
| Preparation: |
Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly clean and free from anything that will prevent good adhesion by cleaning down with BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT.
N.B. ALL SURFACES MUST BE COMPLETELY DRY. |
| Application: |
Apply two coats of BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT by brush, roller or spray. Second coat to be applied when first coat hard dry 30-60 minutes. BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT can be thinned, if necessary, with up to 15% BIOCHECK PLASTICOAT THINNERS. (Do not use white spirit).
N.B. The material is a 'reversible coating' therefore the 2nd brush coat application must be full flowing without brushing out. |
