I.D.P. .....
Is for use of interior walls and ceilings to eliminate stains and watermarks caused by penetrating damp, leaks and bursts. I.D.P. can also be used to prevent efflorescence and salts showing through and spoiling decorations.
DESCRIPTION
| Composition: |
Aqueous solution of synthetic polymer emulsions, inorganic fillers, mica and resins. |
| Appearance: |
Green/Grey waterborne emulsion. |
| Performance: |
I.D.P. is a mica based coating which stops the manifestation of salts and discolouration caused by water percolating through the fabric of a building, including minor patches of rising or penetrating damp, and staining from soot, nicotine, smoke and rust. |
| Areas of Use: |
Any wall or ceiling surface, including plaster, plasterboard and concrete, with stains and/or efflorescence salts. |
| Coverage: |
Approximately 10 square metres per litre, depending on surface to be treated. |
| Availability: |
Supplied in 2.5 litre and 5 litre tins only. |
| Application & Storage: |
Brush apply only. Must not be used externally. Protect from frost. Store in a dry location out of direct sunlight. I.D.P. should not be allowed to contaminate waterways, drains or sewers. |

I.D.P is not a substitute for structural repairs, an alternative to a d.p.c., or for use below ground. |
